Features

LUISO W45 is odor-neutral, solvent-free hardness of the protective cream for the vacuum carburization up to max. 3.0 mm. The insulating paste is delivered spreadable.

Application:

The drying time of LUISO W45 is 30 minutes. In moist, undesirable residues can be washed off easily with water. The heat treatment with LUISO W44 should not exceed temperatures of 1050 °C, respectively.

LUISO W45 is delivered in PP-trays with 1 kg, 5 kg or 10 kg

Storage

LUISO W45 is sensitive to frost. For better handling, storage at room temperature is appropriate. Opened cans are kept in a sealed container air-tight. The insulating paste is up to a year.
