Features

LUISO W36 is odor-neutral, solvent-free insulating paste for gas carburizing. It offers optimum protection against carburization depths of up to max. 6 mm. The insulating paste is delivered spreadable.

Application:

At the beginning of LUISO W36 stirred briefly and with a flat brush evenly applied. There is a coat of paint is sufficient. The drying time of LUISO W36 is 30 minutes. If the metal surface to Dry, it is recommended that a second coat of paint. To avoid Evaporate the Paste, the seal delivery container after use to. LUISO W36 can be up to 2% diluted with water. You do not need a special thinner!

The heat treatment with LUISO W36 should not exceed temperatures of 1050 °C, respectively.

After heat treatment, the LUISO W36, remove radiation residue by Brushing or sand.

Packaging

LUISO W36 will be delivered in PP-trays with 1 kg, 5 kg or 10 kg

Storage

LUISO W36 is sensitive to frost. For better handling, storage at room temperature is appropriate. Opened cans are kept in a sealed container air-tight. The insulating paste is up to a year.
