Features:

LUISO W30 is a boron-free hardness of the protective cream without the use of solvents for gas carburizing up to max. 1.5 mm. The insulating paste is delivered spreadable. As a dive or sprayable Paste, we recommend LUISO W302.

Application:

At the beginning of LUISO W30 stirred briefly and with a flat brush evenly applied. There is a coat of paint is sufficient. The drying time of LUISO W30 is 30 minutes. If the metal surface to Dry, it is recommended that a second coat of paint. To avoid Evaporate the Paste, the seal delivery container after use to. LUISO W30 can be up to 2% diluted with water. You do not need a special thinner!
The heat treatment with LUISO W30 should not exceed temperatures of 1050 °C, respectively.
After heat treatment, the LUISO W30 can be removed residue with water or with a light Brushing.

Packaging:

LUISO W30 is delivered in PP-trays with 1 kg, 5 kg or 10 kg.

Storage:

LUISO W30 is frost-sensitive, therefore, we recommend storage at room temperature. The insulating paste is up to a year.
