Features

LUISO W44 is an odor-neutral, solvent-free hardness of the protective cream for the vacuum and gas carburizing up to max. 1.5 mm. The insulating paste is delivered spreadable. As a dive or sprayable Paste, we recommend LUISO W442.

Application:

At the beginning of LUISO W44 stirred briefly and with a flat brush evenly applied. The insulating Workpieces or Teilfl grease and dirt must be surfaces free! There is a coat of paint is sufficient. To avoid Evaporate the Paste, the seal delivery container after use to. Concentrated product can be adjusted up to 2% of the water back to the original viscosity. You do not need a special thinner!

The drying time of LUISO W44 is 30 minutes. In moist, undesirable residues can be washed off easily with water. The heat treatment with LUISO W44 should not exceed temperatures of 970 °C, respectively.

After heat treatment, the LUISO W44-residues are water-washable.

Packaging

LUISO W44 is delivered in PP-trays with 1 kg, 5 kg or 10 kg

Storage

LUISO W44 is sensitive to frost. For better handling, storage at room temperature is appropriate. Opened cans are kept in a sealed container air-tight. The insulating paste is up to a year.
